Message to existing customers:
To the HAVEN community: I wanted to thank you for your time and support over the last 4 years. Our company has been working diligently to build something that you can have confidence and trust in to protect your family and home. I know we have experienced delays and issues that have caused some frustration for you. In transparency, I wanted to give you my thoughts on our journey. When I set out to build this company with our small team we envisioned being able to bring a product to market quickly that performed as advertised. I realized early on that manufacturing a product is difficult, arduous, costly, and at times frustrating. Couple that with our app-enabled smart product and it multiplies that effect considerably.
With that being said, I am proud to tell you that we have completed design for manufacturing and are finalizing our beta testing on our connected product over the next month or so. The product you have purchased has either been delivered or is en route to you over the course of the next couple of weeks. I appreciate your patience and trust and know that you will love our product. My commitment to you is that we will continue to make the user experience better with new firmware and app releases as we grow.
As part of my commitment to you, I will start hosting a series of Facebook Live events called the “CEOs corner” where I will address a range of topics so you can better understand how we started, what our hurdles have been, and where we are going. Additionally, I will answer any questions that you may have regarding the product or the direction we are taking.
