We’re sorry, but as of now Haven Lock only works with doors that open inward. To perform at maximum potential, the force must be directed inward, toward the lock.
HAVEN is 0.8 inches high and should fit in the clearance path of most doors. A standard USD Nickel can be used to gauge the gap perfectly. Take a nickel, stand it on its end and make sure that it can pass under your door. If there is more room under your door swing than a nickel's worth, don't worry, one riser is included in the box to match the door height. If you need more risers, you can add them to your cart at checkout.
Your door needs adjustments.
HAVEN can work, but your door needs to be adjusted so HAVEN fits securely in the clearance gap. Please contact us with any additional questions.
