If your HAVEN Connect has been damaged in any way via normal use or through an intrusion attempt, please uninstall the unit and contact us. Store the damaged lock in a safe place like a garage outside. Under no circumstances, open the internal components of the lock or alter the battery in any way. The battery can be a fire risk if damaged or not handled properly.
